想买term life insurance，请大家帮忙出出注意好吗？

是找那种在这里办公室很多的保险公司好呢？还是办公室少的公司好？
跟代理谈的时候要注意那些方面呢？

听人说买保险很复杂，容易受骗，很担心呢。
