high ceiling 的房子是kids safe 吗

周末看了几个房子都是 high ceiling. 在二楼能往下看.一般都有个半截的墙挡着,但还是感觉好象对孩子来说不太安全.我儿子(快五岁了)和我们一起去看的,他的第一反应就是想爬上那个半截的墙往下看.
