房子仍然未卖掉

我与邻居家，两家竞争。 一开始它先卖，我比它低$5千，后来它跌两万，目前我的比它高$15k，还不想减价。

一是我的房子稍微比它的要好些；二是我目前还不着急，因为我的搬家时间已经推迟，而且还不知道什么时候能搬；三是不想与对手靠减低价格竞争，这样如果还有第三家再卖的话，可能价格会标得更低。

我的计划是：如果对手那家两周内能卖掉(估计不行，它的价钱还是高了些)，那时市面上就只我一家了，形式也会好一些。 potentially，对于新的卖家也是一个鼓励。 如果它依然卖不掉，等到我真要卖的时候，我就再跌两万。

周末天好还是有不少人来看，有自己来的，也有agent带来的。 不过都没有人下单，我也不怕，有个publicity就可以了。 反正只要有人来看，迟早会卖出去的( as long as the price is fair)。
