做法:
3杯面烙4张饼,我是用暖壶里的热水和面,放一茶匙的椰子油或酥油(不放也行),面要和的软一点(不能稀),水差不多一杯再加1/4杯左右,我没量过大概吧。面和成团醒一会再好好揉揉成光滑面团。
图1、面分成4份,图2、每份稍稍揉一下放盆里醒着,图3、一份面擀成大片,抹上薄薄的椰子油或酥油
图4、上下叠后抹油,图5、叠好后四周捏捏,图6、擀成方形大片放入放了油的平锅
图7、烙成两面金黄出锅,图8、大方盘或面板上放上纸巾再放上饼,用勺底抹上薄薄的海鲜酱,放香菜末再放上酱肉(酱牛肉,鸡肉,火鸡肉,啥酱肉都行),图9、用纸巾把饼卷起来,卷好后轻轻攥一攥,斜刀切成2份。

花生酱饼

做法:刷上油再抹上花生酱,从一头卷起后压扁
再从一头卷起、最后一头压在下面,擀成饼,平锅里放油入饼加盖,翻面后就不用再盖了,烙至两再金黄,期间要四面推挤推挤
