同学们怎么保持宠辱不惊

觉得能做到宠辱不惊需要那些心理素质或者策略？

我曾经遇到过recklessly offensive的土鳖，年轻没见过世面，自以为是，很Snake， 背后挑拨散布对立，根本无法过招。觉得毫无意义后来只好自己退出。

虽然后来知道此人结果是最终被大家识破和厌恶也没呆下去，可是觉得自己当初因为此人付出了代价失去了些机会还是很郁闷。
