有选择困难症的人怎么办？

无论买什么都很难做选择，东看西看就是不知道拿哪样好， 实在痛恨自己。所以很多时候干脆不买，省得受罪。。
比如家具吧，看很久了，有时候想横下心来随便买买算了，其实到头来差别也不大，可就是下不了手。
这毛病怎么改呢？羡慕那些会买东西做事果断的人
