Finish车库顶上的Attic

大概多少钱？大概400平方英尺，水和电的接口都是以前就有的 ，就是把墙、屋顶和地面finish了 ，然后再加一个full bathroom。有个contractor报价两万刀左右，是不是有点贵？在佛罗里达。有没有知道的？多谢了！
