在休斯敦卖房，很久了，求教大家！

我们在休斯敦Galleria区的Townhouse，本来以为很好卖，大多买家的Agent也说房子的Condition 很好，价钱也降了又降，可是半年了都没有卖掉，空关还要付利息和税，哭死！求教大家，特别是臭臭妈妈和古时的一种玉器。谢谢！另外有没有推荐的Agent，我们原来挂在mls上for sale by owner。
