问一下在美国的同学们，20万人民币够不够在美国生孩子了

我们家邻居的女儿怀孕了，来问我妈去美国生孩子人民币20万够吗？他们签证已经下来了，可心里突然没底了。家里条件一般，但就是想把孩子生在美国。还问可以要求剖腹产吗？我和我妈说如果给剖的话，怎么也要1万多美金吧，还要加其他的费用，还是做月子的，20万人民币可能有点悬。
