问个机票的问题

买了夏天 回国的机票.  从LA-上海，在东京停一下.  LA-东京是AA, 东京到上海是全日空.  请问是不是到了东京必须把行李拖出去再check in一遍?  

是在网上买的, 所以有点不明白。
