[请教大家]想卖房. 投了些钱, 如何在Zillow等网站上把房价弄高点.

一楼换成了实木地板和大理石. 楼梯也换成实木的了. 

厨房的台板换了个便宜的. 灶, 洗碗机, 冰箱都是新的.

屋顶也换了.

如何在Zillow等网站上把这些投资给加进去?
没想赚钱, 小地方卖房很难赚钱.
