非常纠结，请大家看看怎么办好？谢谢！

要在一个地方住4年，此地房价基本不涨，但大掉也好像不会了，买一个50多年的一居室condo是7万9千，房地产税收是2700刀，公寓管理费是160到250刀，管垃圾什么的，区还好。租房是一居室是970刀到1100刀，管所有水电气，除了房租应该没有别的开销了，那个地方冬天长达半年。4年后肯定会离开。那，请各位算算，是租房合算还是买个小破烂房子住合算？在房价不涨不跌的情况下，能不能买房以后原价卖掉得个白住的好处？谢谢先！
