If you really want to invest big. Here is the strategy: 1) find the best area (Concord, Lexington, Weston, eg); 2) find the top 5% houses with VERY motivated sellers; 3) negotiate agressively; 4) hold it and wait.
to do this, you must be in a very strong financial position; you must be patient; you must find the good houses.
What you are doing?
You are the bridge between a seller CEO who is depressed and a new CEO who is being promoted. The timing gap between these two guys will make your investment profitable....it's risky too....
