趁机请教一下：

也有个小出租房洗手间上面的天花板下雨时漏水，叫roofer来换了气管子周围的那个cover，当时看到他换下来的确实列了个大口子。

半年多过去没怎么下雨，现在发现问题还在。钻到天井里看了，房顶的板子都是干的，下面的dry wall湿的。唯一值得怀疑的还是那个走空气的管子。请问这种情况还能怎么判断到底什么东西在漏水。
