请问一下有知道的朋友在美国生孩子要花多少钱？

国内的亲戚要问的，我也不知道，只好上网求助。生孩子会有各种各样的情况发生，比如顺产还是剖腹产？还有个万一的情况，知道问得太笼统，但他们要问，我总得有个答复。有知道的朋友给讲讲，谢谢先。
