卖旧房，求建议

我正在卖一个旧房子，三个月了，没卖掉。看的人很多，四，五十家，但没有OFFER。也降了两次价，接近６％。我不想出租，只想把它卖掉，我的AGENT让我UPGRADE厨房，我不想再投钱。目前LIST的价格是五年前我买的价格＋我五年投的钱。好学区，房子没缺陷。不知道有没有办法尽快把房子卖掉？谢谢！
