关于选房子,各位帮忙

住德州,现和劳工定房子有分歧,各位看哪个更好.我喜欢这老区,环境好,,近市区,房子1200面积,地15000面积,要价30万(也就是地价).劳工喜新房,在郊区(离班上20MILE)可买一新房,面积3800,但LOT才7500,要价25万.两处学校都好.我们准备住五年左右.
