Wrong !

if you goto the court, is you boss really happy ?
you will lost your project and lost time to follow
the team and learn new technique.

I worked for lucent at year 2001, a member in
my team (american) had that kind of hornor and another
member was having a baby. they were among the list to
be laid off when they came back.

I had an opportunity to be a technique support in
Holland for a year,but I refused, the other guy went
there, and soon get laid off,because we did not support
that product any more, our team had a new project
without him.

your boss and company have to think about himself.
