It is all relative

The profit may be big for me, but it is for the big boys. There are many projects worth several million dollars with high rise worth tens of millions of dollars. They will get the same percentage as I do.

The seller may need the money to do a bigger project. He may need the money for emergency reasons. If he sells them piece by piece, he may have to wait 12 to 18 months to get the money. This may be not worth him waiting. Anyway but taking over from him I assumed all the risks. After all, I might not get the profit and the selling process could be very long. Market could make a sudden downturn. All these are risks I assumed. Plus I would have to have the guts to take the risks. If you went through the process, you would think you deserve the reward after all.
