Yes! I work 40 hours per week!

Do you handle it by yourself or the management?
By myself! It does not worth it to pay half the rent of the first month and 10% of the other months.

Do you set up several LLCs to protect yourself?
No! Maybe I should. I had tough times with some bad renters, so I am extremely careful now to choose tenants.

Sorry, I have too many questions because I am doing the same thing now.
