家是放松休息的地方（二）

回到家里不能只休息，别忘了动一动，当然最好是室外活动，这是一定的。

在家里空闲的地方（我家里有5个房间是没有摆放任何东西的，除了储藏），我用了三个房间，分别摆上下图的1，2，3，那个4是个很小的踏步机子就放在厨房，有时候煮东西人不能离开时，就看电视同时踏步。

累了或周末，喝个下午茶，我也有那些东东，但是真不敢经常，即使一小块儿茶点 （我喜欢自己做，就不是一点点了）同志们啊，怕肥啊，人老了特别容易发胖。

平时我也喜欢泡茶，真不是爱喝茶，实属喜欢玩玩我的茶具，这是常用的：
