请给我买房意见

要买房了,一房子是98年的后面是紧挨着一个排名很好的小学,(中学和高中一般)大慨有40米的样字,不知道一般的人介意吗?以后会好卖吗?此房60万左右,加上地下室有4600尺,

另外也看中一特好小区的房子,小学,初中,高中都排第一,但是63年的,房子也小,加上地下室才2500尺,此房50万左右,敬请大家给点意见.
