Important!!! Don't forget the tax if you sell

I noticed that nobody even mentioned the big issue: "TAX".
I strongly suggest "处处有白云" to consult a lawyer and/or tax expert if you want to sell any property. Remember: Don't let Uncle Sam and State Big Brother get a big bite of your $$$!
