CONDO 凉台储藏室内发现MOLD,还值得买来做投资房吗？

最近看中一个投资房CONDO，室内装饰很好，市场正常价格，各方面都挺满意。但房检时发现，凉台储藏室内靠门口的侧面有MOLD,下面是房捡报告的相关内容。卖方看似不想修，这样的房子还能买吗？将来会好租吗？

请各位地主给点建议，谢谢！

“Mold was detected in the home. Recommend further
testing to quantify the type of mold and the hazard to
the environment. Staining was noted: Moisture
stains/damage viewed, Storage shed. In the utility
closet.”
