荠菜馄饨

肉要剁匀，作料及虾一起剁，荠菜用肉的一半；混后肉菜一半一半可看出，加点脂油，盐要多点（跟别的馄饨比），因为荠菜味要靠盐激发。

俺的皮是几月前买的，边上干了。

出锅入高汤（排骨汤）
