Home is not just a frame or structure, the real meaning for a home is love. If love is not in the first place or inside the home, you can't really call it a home. Is an empty house without love more important than a life? What if it is your own father? Your love to your hu*****and is discounted if you favor to move in to a house instead of saving his father's life, or even prolonging his life. Your hu*****and's love toward you will sure be of a lessor grade, and possibly deeply hurt. I have the same situation, I am pro-life, not pro-material. We live a very frugal and simple life, each extra day we are living is a gift from God, we should appreciate that we are still alive and healthy. I believe I am doing the right thing.
