成都公寓

我正在考虑在成都南门买一个80平方米的公寓,地点较好,且会在2008年内通地铁. 想听听各位的意见, 把它作为投资房, 可行吗? 我在成都没亲戚, 将来房子只能交给房产公司管理. 谢谢.
