sushi 可以放过夜吗？

my company will have potluck tomorrow at lunch.

 

I am thinking to make some sushi to bring over. However in the morning, no time to prepare. Can I made some tonight and leave it outside and bring it over for lunch?

I wonder if it will look good and taste same?
