Totally right, here is my addition

If you can really get out of middle class, then you must have guts that 99% of regular middle class don't have. Then you won't be part of middle class and probably won't be making friends with your old middle class friends either. To the middle class crowd, you simply disappear from them. It does take unusal decision and take unsual risks to get out of middle class. If you go by paycheck to paycheck, then you won't see the end of it...
