木地板, Cherry或者是Mahagong, 那个比较好阿?

还有我的Contractor对Mahagong的材料是$5.5 平方尺, 工钱是$3.00 平方尺, 对Existing House, 多加$2.00平方尺的工钱(那么就是$5.00平方尺), 因为要处理地毯和Title. 你们觉得这样要价公平马?
