很多旧房子富翁都捐出来

不是他们慷慨，而是没法住。由于历史古迹，还不能改。
旧房子多用单层窗，不用暖气用火炉，
Kitchen, bath更不能比，富人哪受得了这罪呀，根本没法住，只能捐出来。
