I don't agree. If somebody called you miltiple times a week at 11:30 and ask to visit you and then stay in your house for lunch. She HAS 心 机 :). And I can bet, if you ask her to do something, she normally has an execuse for not doing it for you. Americans are more straight forward but any american who has normal social/moral standard won't do this kind of thing.
