If she reported you first, you will be in truble.

There is a manager and an employee had argument. The employee complained to HR first.

Even though both of them were rude during their verbal argument, HR let the manager quit the job. As my company rule, the one who complained first will not be punished. If someone is worried to be punished as result of complaining something, no one will point out the problem. 

 I don't think your manager will do anything for you. You have to protect yourself.
