first, I am not sure if his neighborhood has seen such a big drop. The best neighborhoods have hold up the price pretty well, even in Florida.

second, where does he have the money to buy another mansion? The problem with the first generation immigrants is: despite having high salary, most of us do not have much assets: we spent long years getting degrees and had no help from our parents/grandparents.
