昨天灌香肠，累得我连一句话都不想说。又饿又没法吃东西，请儿子放了快巧克力到嘴里。

那个25lb的肠衣被我弄破了一点，结果20 lb肉还剩下一些。

今早一称我自己，体重少了1 lb多。
