My house is under contract in TWO days

I showed the hu*****and the house this afternoon, then the wife came in the evening. Both liked the house soooo much and we signed the contract tonight. It will be settled before Christmas.

Also, I saved the buyer's agent commission, but will give the buyer $5000 credit.

The principle in flipping is-

Buy very low, and sell low, and sell quickly.
