母急性阑尾炎已手术，没有保险，请问最后费用如何negotiate

现在费用还没出来，估计可能会上万或甚至几万。我们是ER>>CT诊断道到病房手术室。如果能最后negotiate到一万上下，我们就可以承担，如果要好几万，真的负担不起。请问这里那位有经历过类次或听说过，请给指点指点应该怎么办？多谢！
