要买的房子附近黑人不少, 怎么办?

因为我们没有孩子, 所以开始的时候没有看SCHOOL REPORT. 后来看了才发现附近的小
学黑人的百分比是30%, 远远超过本州的平均水平. 我们在的镇非常安全, 但这个地方比
较接近DOWNTOWN. 现在还没有做INSPECTION, 但估计也不会有什么问题. 怎么办? 我们要
买房子的那个COMMUNITY有少数黑人.
