加州８０万１０００尺的８０年的老房子。

你们愿意住TX 还是CA？

我觉得我会选德州， EASY LIFE可以过很轻松的日子。CA ５倍多的贷款简直就是HOUSE POOR， 除了房贷还是房贷，有LIFE 吗？

 TX再热也没有热死人，也不过得很好么？
