纠结啊纠结

要搬家，在华盛顿DC和加州Irvine之间选择。两个地儿都好，都喜欢。可各有各的问题。DC是房子太贵，买得起到太破。Irvine是地震。自己倒不怕。可家有两小儿，一岁三岁。他们不会自我保护啊。

大家给出出主意。如果是你，选择哪？
