Tell the truth and health insurance should cover it.  What the health insurance trying to do is to recover some expenses if you got compensation from other sources.  If no other party compensated you then health insurance will pay whatever it has to pay.  Even it's a car accident, if you did not get compensation from car insurance, health insurance should pay.
