坐飞机的时候旁边坐个空嫂，跟她聊天，问她

做这行多久了，她说12年，空巢后开始做的，一直是她的梦想，很喜欢。

她说，空姐是按一周20小时付钱的，20小时是moving time, 就是从飞机开始动算时间，之前之后的时间，检票等等，都不算钱，按规定take off一小时前她们需要到位。

当时她申请这个职位的时候，Delta要招2000人，有十万人递交了申请, 所以大概2%的录取率吧。

我问需要有什莫qualification, 她说年龄下限有限制，好像是19岁， 但没有年龄上限，否则有歧视之嫌，不过因为要力气够大，能够开开紧急门等等。然后会多种语言的会优先考虑。

从被录取，经过六个星期的培训就开始上岗。

身体条件呢，适合于什莫地方/时间下都能倒下就睡着的那种人:)， 否则就苦了自己了。

对她而言，其中很大的乐趣是，能够跟人打交道，而且，每个航班的班组人员都是临时派到一起的，所以彼此都不认识，能够每次有机会跟不同的同事一起做事。

至于在机舱里做的事情，完全按照seniority，谁的seniority高，谁就先挑岗位。她说她最喜欢做business class :)

这种不能顾家的职业，还真是空巢后的好选择呢，尤其如果单身的话，还可以吊到business class的大款，哈哈哈哈，怎末样，我们都是双语的，有优势呢，要不要考虑考虑？
