请问大家有谁用过这家lender :www.ccitymortgage.com 可信赖吗?

他家给的30年fix rate(5.75%) 比我联系的local的最低的还要低0.5%, 而且只有19.95$
的申请费, plus transfer tax, title insurance,prepaid items, nothing else,
processing fee, notary fee, endorsement fee都没有.专家给看看这可信赖吗?谢谢了.
