1) get your mother back to US and rent a apt for her (not too far from your place). vist her twice a week and take your kids with you

2) Travel one or twice every year with your wife, leave everything behind.(let your mother or parents-in-law to babysit your kids)

3)don't you think your couple paid too much attention to your kids?
