There is no item number, factory name or what so ever. All their rugs are one of their kinds. If you live aroung NJ area you'd better go their warehouse to see it yourself. At the time when I was shopping for my rug I found one from their listing on Ebay and went their warehouse to pick it up. When I got there I changed my mind and brought back the one which you see in my living room.
Tips: bring something from the room you are looking rug for with you, like sofa cusions, curtain samples. That was what I did. When I put my sofa cusions on the rug I knew I found the right one. They have a lot of rugs.
