黑名单的事还没完

本来以为neuroips禁止中国投稿的事算过去看了。

这下另一个顶会ICLR又出幺蛾子了。

本来一篇文章已经接受了，且是口头报告，结果主办方在其他渠道发现原来文章和某个黑名单单位有染，又反过来据了，

看来分割是长久之计
