我的无糖版牛油果冰淇淋，呀咪呀咪

我用了七个小牛油果、一条香蕉，几个草莓，半盒whipping cream

冰淇淋的甜味来自水果，

 

鲜贝炒蘑菇

椒盐富贵虾

 

 

菠菜鱼丸蛋饺鸡汤

 

 

菠萝蜜发出阵阵香味，可以开啦

送朋友一半

 

 

其余吃不完的，像上次一样速冻
