including basement , even every closets except kitchen and bathrooms with tiles. It is beautiful, it is clean, it is gracious, it is spacious, it is warm in winter and cool in summer. It is just beautiful with hard wood floor. Do it with hardwood floor if you can afford it. It is a good idea. It increases house value and the house beauty.
