No need to redo the reports

It is very common these days for seller to do their inspections before putting the house on market, to speed up closing process. Unless you have big doubt on the report, there is no need to redo it. Remember, home inspectors are licensed and bonded. There is almost 0 chance that they would come up with a fake report just for this property.
