起夜

我基本上不起夜，估价前列腺不疯涨。

偶尔喝水多了，半夜醒来要是忍住尿意，一会也就睡着了。

可要是起来上个厕所，十有八九要折腾半天才能入睡。

另外我认床，要是旅行在外，起来两三次都有可能。

好处是，白天玩的累，日照时间也足够，所以再次入睡还行。
